Refund Policy
Every package that is purchased through my shop is covered by insurance through the USPS for damaged or lost items. Once your package is in possession of USPS, I am no longer responsible for damaged or lost items. If any issues happen to occur throughout the delivery process, you can issue a claim for a full/partial refund through USPS by directly contacting them.
If you happen to notice any repairs or irregularities that I may have missed and not disclosed in the listing, please contact me. Transparency and quality are the foundation of my business and I will always work something out for you, whether it be a partial or full refund.
